Conference Registration Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 1st, 2025

1. General Policy
We understand that circumstances may change after you register for [Conference Name]. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund of your registration fee.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Cancellations received on or before 1 week before the event date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of [insert amount or % if applicable]
  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations received between 6  and 3 days before the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund
  • No Refunds: Cancellations received on or after 2 days before the event date or failure to attend (“no-shows”) will not be eligible for a refund

If you are unable to attend, you may not transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost.
4. Force Majeure / Event Cancellation
If the conference is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions), registration fees will be:

  • Credited toward a rescheduled date of the same event, or
  • Refunded in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

  2. Include your registration confirmation email, name, and payment details
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
