Kernpunten zijn effectieve communicatie\, gedeelde v erantwoordelijkheid en een patiëntgerichte aanpak. Op macroniveau legt de organisatie van de zorg ook de kaders vast voor het intersectoraal samenwe rken tussen verschillende zorgorganisaties en andere maatschappelijke orga nisaties (welzijn\, infrastructuur\, wonen)\, die uiteindelijk ook de kwal iteit van het zorgcontinuüm en de gezondheidswinst bepalen.\nTijdens dit k waliteitssymposium zal dit belangrijke onderwerp worden belicht vanuit ver schillende zorgtrajecten op Curaçao. Verschillende lokale zorgprofessional s (waaronder medische specialisten en verpleegkundigen) zullen aandacht be steden aan dit thema. De zorgtrajecten die aan bod komen\, zijn de oncolog ische zorg\, de zorg voor diabetespatiënten en de ouderenzorg. De ervaring van de ziekenhuisapotheker binnen dit veld levert ook waardevolle inzicht en op voor alle deelnemers.\nHet beter opleiden van zorgprofessionals in i nterprofessioneel werken is noodzakelijk om de gestelde kwaliteitsdoelen t e realiseren. Vanuit het UMCG zal een succesvol programma voor interprofes sioneel opleiden worden gepresenteerd. Ook zal CRM-training (Crew Resource Management) in de zorg aan bod komen\, waarbij wordt gefocust op ‘non-tec hnical skills’ zoals communicatie\, leiderschap en besluitvorming onder dr uk.\nDaarnaast zullen de uitkomsten van het lokale project op het gebied v an decubituszorg worden gepresenteerd.
