This course aims to improve quality care for Neonatal Intensive Care Units in the Caribbean and Latinoamerica. This time, education training at the Neonatal Care Unity from Curacao and all the conferences were selected to improve and optimize quality care for neonates from Netherlands Antilles.
Furthermore, we will show Latinoamerica and the Caribbean our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Curacao and EPIC Latino strategies to improve quality care.
Learning goals:
Quality Care NICU improvement
Update about new protocols and management in high-risk newborn patients
Skills and procedures technics improvement for central lines insertion and management, Kangaroo care, quality
strategies implementation, ventilation, and Ultrasound
Target Audience:
